The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                            
	Creating the Alaska Health Care Commission.                                   
                                                                               
HCR 24 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
